Professor Ware teaches courses in Civil Rights Law, Administrative Law and Human Resource Management.

Professor Ware has authored more than eighty articles in academic journals and other publications on various aspects of civil rights law. He is a co-author, with Robert Cottrol and Raymond Diamond, of Brown v. Board of Education: Caste, Culture and the Constitution (2003). He has lectured and made other presentations to numerous audiences in the United Sates and Europe. Professor Ware serves on the editorial board of the Fair Housing/ Fair Lending Reporter. He is a member of the Board of Directors of WHYY Inc., Philadelphia and Delaware’s Public Broadcasting (radio and television) affiliate.
